Step exam was on Tuesday and I'm so happy to be done with it. Just have to wait 'til the results get in (a few weeks' time) and then I'll figure out what's next. For now, it's relaxation time. Already had dim sum with Grandma, played video games with Rheanne and watched her give Claire an ear piercing, and seen the Canucks lose a few games. On that note, I learned that the Watoto Children's choir sang the national anthem at one of the Nucks' games, which was pretty awesome. You can check out the performance here. Started working out again, got my passport renewed (about time we had a 10 year option), cleared away my notes and books, ordered Step 2 study books (there's always another test *sigh*), and started crossing other things off the Ross checklist. Also, in an uncharacteristic move, I borrowed a book from the library - "Cutting for Stone" by Abraham Verghese, recommended by Sarah Bono because it's medical fiction that she thought I might enjoy. We'll see how this pans out.
I'll see Court and the Deutsch clan tomorrow, then Deen and I are heading to Vancouver Island for some overdue quality time. She'll take off after a few days, and I'll stay there for a few days more before stopping back on the mainland for some bridesmaids dress shopping with Deen and the girls.
So there ya go, not much to update you on. I'll return to the blog when medical things start up again. 'Til then give your eyes a break and read a different "novel"
